Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Largo, Florida. In this role, you will act as a vital link between clients and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of customer inquiries. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and vendors to facilitate the preparation and distribution of essential documents.</p><p>• Follow up with relevant parties to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of paperwork.</p><p>• Handle inbound and outbound calls, managing interactions with clients and others. </p><p>• Collaborate with companies to obtain accurate pricing and complete necessary documentation.</p><p>• Utilize company software to track and manage processes effectively.</p><p>• Maintain clear and precise communication, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.</p><p>• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation and processes.</p><p>• Provide support and guidance to clients regarding their needs and documentation requirements.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.</p><p>• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and others. </p><p>• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily calls and documentation.</p><p>• Proficiency in client management software is a plus but not required.</p><p>• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and fostering positive client relationships.</p>
