Inventory Clerk
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk for a short contract in Lancaster, California. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure operational efficiency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong eye for organization, this position is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support assembly line operations.</p><p>• Track and document inventory movements using established systems and processes.</p><p>• Conduct regular asset inventory checks to ensure accurate recordkeeping.</p><p>• Assist in planning and executing annual physical inventory audits.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company standards and protocols for inventory management.</p><p>• Prepare reports and summaries related to inventory status and adjustments.</p><p>• Maintain organized and accessible inventory records for audit and operational purposes.</p><p>• Support the team in optimizing inventory workflows for improved efficiency</p>
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a similar role.<br>• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and processes.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced assembly line environment.<br>• Proficiency in conducting asset inventory and annual physical audits.<br>• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for report preparation.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in inventory management are a plus.
