We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our team in Laguna Beach, California. This long-term contract role involves supporting various eCommerce initiatives and administrative tasks while contributing to the success of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: • Coordinate outreach, engagement, and relationship-building efforts with influencers to enhance brand visibility. • Organize and manage logistics for photoshoots, including scheduling, coordinating resources, and recruiting models. • Conduct thorough research to identify potential buyers on external platforms like Alibaba. • Assist in the coordination of logistics and support activities related to third-party logistics (3PL) projects. • Provide administrative support across various eCommerce functions, ensuring seamless workflow and communication. • Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficient project execution and address operational needs. • Occasionally work onsite to oversee specific tasks and ensure project alignment. • Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure accuracy in reporting and project tracking.

• Proven experience in administrative support, ideally within marketing or eCommerce environments. • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with influencers and internal teams. • Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) concepts and processes. • Proficiency in conducting online research to identify potential buyers and market opportunities. • Organizational skills to manage photoshoot logistics and other project-related tasks. • Experience with eCommerce platforms and tools is highly desirable. • Flexibility to work in a hybrid role, including occasional onsite presence in Laguna Beach, California.
