This candidate will drive the daily financial operations and financial planning for the organization while maintaining constant awareness of possible risks and investments. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for cash management, month-end close, fixed assets, investment maintenance, general ledger activities, analyze financial trends, audit reviews, forecasting cash flow, track contracts, and prepare the annual operating budget. The ideal candidate will also assess the organization’s financial performance and financial controls, providing guidance for profitability and long-term success. Responsibilities:• Manage and produce comprehensive SG& A budget versus actual reports for organizational stakeholders.• Prepare and consolidate financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.• Develop and refine month-end book templates and provide detailed comments to enhance financial clarity.• Present financial insights and key metrics during monthly book meetings, summarizing trends and actionable strategies.• Create and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.• Lead the preparation of SEC financial reports, adhering to all reporting standards and deadlines.• Conduct in-depth analyses of key statistics and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning and analysis processes with company objectives.• Oversee the development of financial planning tools and processes to improve organizational efficiency.• Ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

The ideal Director of Finance will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
