If not, for immediate consideration, please apply or call Warren Knight at 484-214-2624</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with organizational goals and optimize profitability.</p><p>• Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend actions to improve operational efficiency.</p><p>• Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analyses and key performance indicators, for leadership teams.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with international and local financial regulations while managing audits and risk adherence.</p><p>• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to identify and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.</p><p>• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering growth and innovation.</p><p>• Utilize advanced financial systems and technology to streamline processes and provide real-time data insights.</p><p>• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure effective treasury management to maintain financial stability.</p><p>• Coordinate with global and regional finance teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive operations across multiple regions.</p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.</p><p>• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, ideally within a manufacturing setting.</p><p>• Expertise in cost accounting, financial modeling, and supply chain management within the manufacturing sector.</p><p>• Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with AI-based tools is a plus.</p><p>• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.</p><p>• Comprehensive understanding of global financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.</p><p>• Proven track record in managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for multinational operations.</p>
