<p>Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role is essential for driving financial performance through insightful analysis, reporting, and process improvements. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with cross-functional departments to deliver accurate forecasts, support strategic decision-making, and optimize manufacturing operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Deliver robust financial planning & analysis (FP& A), including monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Analyze manufacturing cost structures, inventory, and expense trends to highlight areas for efficiency and margin improvement.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed financial reports and business case analyses for capital investments and operational initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership and operational managers to support strategic decisions and long-term planning.</li><li>Lead root-cause analysis of financial variances, enabling effective corrective actions.</li><li>Support the month-end and year-end close process with accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and account reviews.</li><li>Drive improvements in processes, financial systems, and data management within the finance function.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards.</li><li>Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.</li><li>5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate complex financial information for diverse audiences.</li><li>High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
