HRIS Analyst
We are looking for a meticulous HRIS Analyst to join our team in Johnstown, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and analyzing HR-related data to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver actionable insights through effective communication and collaboration.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct thorough analysis of HRIS data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.<br>• Manage and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate reports.<br>• Enter, update, and validate data within HRIS databases with attention to detail.<br>• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational efficiency.<br>• Develop and implement processes to enhance data tracking and reporting capabilities.<br>• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.<br>• Partner with various departments to optimize HRIS functionalities and workflows.<br>• Generate customized reports based on organizational needs and provide recommendations.<br>• Support the implementation of updates or upgrades to HRIS systems.
• Proven experience in HRIS analysis and data management.<br>• Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Ability to assess compliance with policies and regulations.<br>• Proficiency in generating reports and delivering data-driven insights.<br>• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.<br>• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.<br>• Familiarity with process improvement and optimization strategies.
