<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Johns Island, South Carolina. This is a contract to permanent position that offers a great opportunity to grow within the government sector. The role involves engaging with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience through exceptional service.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.</p><p>• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.</p><p>• Manage new account setups and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.</p><p>• Handle data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.</p><p>• Provide detailed information and solutions to customers regarding services and policies.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with procedures when handling sensitive information during transactions.</p><p>• Maintain a detail-oriented approach while addressing customer concerns and complaints.</p><p>• Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet service deadlines and performance goals.</p><p>• Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to customer service activities.</p>
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and maintaining a detail-oriented approach.<br>• Proficiency in handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.<br>• Ability to perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with setting up new accounts and managing associated documentation.<br>• Competence in managing inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries effectively.<br>• Skilled in email correspondence and maintaining a detail-oriented tone in written communication.<br>• Capability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
