Payroll Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Jesup, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will handle full-cycle payroll processes for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role requires someone with attention to detail and expertise in payroll systems and administrative tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and manage full-cycle payroll for a workforce of 101-500 employees across multiple states.<br>• Ensure timely and accurate approval and allocation of labor, materials, and equipment expenses.<br>• Prepare and manage invoices while maintaining detailed records.<br>• Utilize Viewpoint Vista software to track attendance and payroll data.<br>• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper data collection and reporting.<br>• Perform administrative office duties related to payroll and employee records.<br>• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.<br>• Generate reports and summaries for management review.<br>• Support auditing processes and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Proven experience in payroll administration for medium-sized organizations (101-500 employees).<br>• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processes and regulations.<br>• Proficiency in Viewpoint Vista software.<br>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.<br>• Ability to manage attendance tracking and employee records effectively.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies.<br>• Previous experience in administrative office tasks related to payroll.
