<p><strong>Principal Java Engineer</strong></p><p>We’re seeking a highly experienced <strong>Principal Java Engineer</strong> to lead the design, development, and optimization of our core platform services. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll shape system architecture, mentor engineering teams, and drive high-impact solutions across our technology stack.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead backend architecture & development</strong> using Java and modern frameworks</li><li><strong>Design scalable, secure, high-performance services</strong> running in AWS</li><li><strong>Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures</strong> for complex data operations</li><li><strong>Drive cloud-first engineering best practices</strong>, including CI/CD, monitoring, and reliability</li><li><strong>Collaborate with cross-functional teams</strong> to translate business needs into technical solutions</li><li><strong>Conduct code reviews, guide engineering standards, and mentor developers</strong></li><li><strong>Own technical decision-making</strong> for critical system components and new initiatives</li><li><strong>Improve performance, availability, and scalability</strong> of enterprise applications</li></ul><p><br></p>
