<p>We’re looking for a highly skilled <strong>Cloud Engineer</strong> to join our team and support the design, deployment, and optimization of modern Microsoft cloud environments. If you enjoy working directly with clients, solving complex Azure challenges, and driving cloud transformation, this role is for you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Azure Environment Health</strong></li><li>Review Azure, AVD, and Microsoft 365 health daily</li><li>Address alerts, monitor system stability, and resolve issues proactively</li><li><strong>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)</strong></li><li>Design, deploy, and maintain AVD host pools and application groups</li><li>Optimize image management, FSLogix profiles, autoscaling, and session performance</li><li>Troubleshoot connectivity, profiles, and application delivery</li><li><strong>Azure Infrastructure & Networking</strong></li><li>Support VNets, NSGs, load balancing, VM sizing, and storage management</li><li>Oversee identity governance and environment health</li><li>Troubleshoot across Azure services and improve configuration standards</li><li><strong>Entra ID (Azure AD)</strong></li><li>Manage conditional access, MFA, SSPR, authentication methods, and identity protection</li><li>Enforce compliance and support zero trust security principles</li><li><strong>Client Engagement & Migration Support</strong></li><li>Work directly with clients to gather requirements and recommend improvements</li><li>Support and/or lead migrations from on-premises environments to Azure</li><li>Document configurations, changes, and best practices</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Must-Have Experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD):</strong> Deployment, configuration, optimization, FSLogix, autoscaling, monitoring</li><li><strong>Azure Infrastructure & Networking:</strong> VNets, NSGs, load balancers, VM sizing, storage, Azure troubleshooting</li><li><strong>Entra ID (Azure AD):</strong> Conditional access, MFA/SSPR, identity protection, compliance, zero trust practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Client-facing engineering experience</li><li>Cloud migration leadership (on-prem to Azure)</li><li>Identifying misconfigurations/security gaps and recommending fixes</li><li>Strong documentation and governance mindset</li></ul><p><br></p>
