<p>We are seeking a <strong>Lead Software Engineer</strong> to design, build, and lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. This role is hands‑on and technical, with responsibility for <strong>architecture decisions, code quality, and mentoring engineers</strong>, while collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design and development of enterprise‑grade applications using <strong>.NET / .NET Core and Angular</strong></li><li>Own technical architecture, application structure, and coding standards</li><li>Serve as a hands‑on contributor while mentoring and guiding junior and mid‑level engineers</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, QA, and UX to translate requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Perform code reviews and enforce best practices around security, performance, and scalability</li><li>Drive modernization efforts, refactoring legacy systems where needed</li><li>Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and system reliability</li></ul><p><br></p>
