<p><strong>What You’ve Done</strong></p><ul><li>3–7+ years professional <strong>C++</strong> development (C++14/17/20), STL, templates</li><li>Strong grasp of <strong>data structures, algorithms, and concurrency</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>Linux</strong> development, build systems (CMake, Ninja), and debugging tools (gdb, valgrind, perf)</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Git</strong>, code reviews, and modern engineering practices</li><li>Comfortable reading RFCs/docs and working from ambiguous requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Networking (sockets, epoll/kqueue, ZeroMQ, gRPC)</li><li>Performance engineering (SIMD/Intrinsics, lock‑free queues, io_uring)</li><li>Cross‑platform dev (Windows/MSVC), <strong>C# or Python</strong> for tooling</li><li>Experience with <strong>Docker</strong>, <strong>Kubernetes</strong>, or cloud (AWS/Azure)</li><li>Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry</li></ul><p><br></p>
