<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven <strong>IT Business Analyst</strong> to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology—translating complex requirements into actionable solutions and ensuring IT initiatives align seamlessly with business goals.</p><p>As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support the design and implementation of new solutions. You’ll also play a key role in system enhancements, integrations, and process improvement projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to <strong>gather, analyze, and document requirements</strong> for IT systems and applications.</li><li>Translate business needs into <strong>functional and technical specifications</strong> for development teams.</li><li>Partner with developers, QA, and project managers to <strong>support the software development lifecycle (SDLC)</strong>.</li><li>Conduct <strong>gap analysis</strong> and identify opportunities to improve processes through technology.</li><li>Assist in <strong>testing, validation, and user acceptance</strong> of new systems and enhancements.</li><li>Provide <strong>end-user support, training, and documentation</strong> as needed.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between <strong>business and IT teams</strong>, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
