<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer</strong> to join our data and analytics team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing BI solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights for business leaders. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, experienced with modern BI tools, and able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>ETL/ELT processes</strong> to integrate data from multiple sources.</li><li>Build, optimize, and maintain <strong>data models, data warehouses, and reporting solutions</strong>.</li><li>Develop <strong>interactive dashboards and reports</strong> using tools such as <strong>Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik</strong>.</li><li>Write efficient <strong>SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning</strong> for large datasets.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.</li><li>Ensure <strong>data quality, governance, and security</strong> across BI platforms.</li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on BI best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in BI development, data warehousing, or analytics engineering.</li><li>Strong proficiency in <strong>SQL (T-SQL/PL-SQL)</strong> and database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar).</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms</strong> (Power BI preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>ETL tools</strong> (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory).</li><li>Experience with <strong>cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</strong> – Azure Data Services a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)</strong> and BI architecture.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and business audiences.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>DAX, MDX, or Python for advanced analytics</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>data governance frameworks and compliance</strong>.</li><li>Background in <strong>finance, healthcare, or enterprise business environments</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li><strong>6-month contract-to-hire</strong> opportunity with career growth</li><li>Collaborative, fast-paced team culture</li><li>Chance to work on impactful BI initiatives that drive decision-making</li></ul><p><br></p>
