This Director of Finance role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader with deep experience managing multi-layered billing, reimbursement, or revenue recognition processes, and partnering closely with operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability. <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred</li><li>Progressive finance leadership experience in organizations with complex billing, reimbursement, or revenue recognition models</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing multi-payer, grant-funded, cost-based, or contract-driven billing environments</li><li>Strong understanding of internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance</li><li>Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and leadership</li><li>Hands-on leader comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and process improvement skills</li></ul>
