We are looking for an experienced manufacturing Controller to join our team in Delta, Ohio. This is a contract position designed for an experienced, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial management and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in manufacturing, payroll systems, and software applications to ensure efficient and accurate operations. Responsibilities:• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.• Manage payroll operations, including the use of UKG Pro for seamless processing.• Utilize JobBOSS software to streamline manufacturing accounting and operational processes.• Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures.• Monitor and control costs to optimize financial performance.• Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts to guide organizational planning.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial and operational improvements.• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial statements and reports.• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to maintain high performance.

• Minimum of seven years of experience in financial management or related roles. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis. • Familiarity with manufacturing industry practices and accounting. • Proficiency in payroll systems, including UKG Pro. • Hands-on experience with JobBOSS software. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
