<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and security of all infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and technical expert with hands-on experience in modern infrastructure technologies, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Architect and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid).</li><li>Lead infrastructure projects from design through deployment, including migrations, upgrades, and new implementations.</li><li>Ensure the reliability and performance of systems, networks, and services through monitoring, proactive maintenance, and automation.</li><li>Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with compliance and security requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.</li><li>Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools to optimize infrastructure performance and cost.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, service-level agreements (SLAs), and procurement for infrastructure components.</li></ul>

<p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, including enterprise systems, networking, and storage.</li><li>Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid infrastructure architectures.</li><li>Strong knowledge of virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).</li><li>Deep understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, load balancers, and routing.</li><li>Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring/logging platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical initiatives.</li></ul>
