<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated SQL Developer to join our team. As an SQL Developer, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing database systems, developing complex queries, and ensuring the efficient collection, organization, and retrieval of data. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust database solutions.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Database Design & Development:</strong> Design and implement robust database structures, tables, and schemas to support complex business requirements.</li><li><strong>Query Writing & Optimization:</strong> Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and application interaction.</li><li><strong>Data Integrity & Maintenance:</strong> Ensure consistent data integrity through regular audits, maintenance, and tuning of databases.</li><li><strong>Application Support:</strong> Collaborate with software engineers and analysts to integrate databases with applications and address system needs.</li><li><strong>ETL Development:</strong> Design and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to enable efficient data migration and integration between systems.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain comprehensive documentation of database designs, processes, and specifications.</li><li><strong>Collaboration & Communication:</strong> Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related challenges.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></li><li>Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.</li><li>Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle).</li><li>Experience with performance tuning and optimizing database queries.</li><li>Familiarity with ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Talend).</li><li>Strong knowledge of T-SQL and/or PL/SQL.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2-4 years of experience in a similar SQL development role.</li></ul><p><br></p>
