<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple application development projects from initiation to delivery. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate project plans, oversee timelines and budgets, and act as the main point of contact between technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex software initiatives in an agile, fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end management of multiple concurrent application development projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.</li><li>Develop project plans, scope, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams of developers, QA professionals, business analysts, and UX/UI designers.</li><li>Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project meetings following agile methodologies.</li><li>Track project progress, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.</li><li>Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise reporting.</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve project issues, roadblocks, and resource constraints.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, data security, and quality assurance processes.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple application development projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency with agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.</li></ul>
