<p>Our client, a leading company in the oil and gas industry, is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee and drive the implementation of SAP within their organization. This high-visibility role will act as the crucial in-house representative, partnering with stakeholders and serving as the bridge between the internal business teams and the external SAP implementation partner.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Represent the organization as the main point-of-contact for all SAP implementation activities.</li><li>Serve as the liaison between business units and the external implementation partner, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.</li><li>Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met according to scope, quality, and budget.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable workstreams.</li><li>Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.</li><li>Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate change management and training initiatives.</li><li>Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and executive sponsors.</li><li>Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance requirements, and organizational standards throughout every phase of the implementation.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager with exposure to large-scale SAP implementations.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and workflows into technical project deliverables.</li><li>Strong experience working as a liaison between business users and technical implementation teams.</li><li>Deep understanding of oil and gas business processes is highly desirable.</li><li>Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP or comparable certification a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
