Project Manager
<p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Strategic Planning Execution</p><p> Drives the implementation of targeted elements within the IT separation strategy, ensuring alignment with the spinoff’s business goals and timeline requirements.</p><p>Stakeholder Engagement</p><p> Serves as the central liaison among business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external consultants to promote clear communication and unified direction.</p><p>Risk and Issue Management</p><p> Proactively identifies, evaluates, and addresses risks and issues tied to IT separation projects, safeguarding business continuity throughout the transition.</p><p>Budget and Resource Management</p><p> Oversees financial planning and resource allocation, ensuring projects remain within defined scope and budgetary limits.</p><p>Change Enablement Leadership</p><p> Leads change management initiatives, including communication plans, training programs, and adoption strategies to support the successful rollout of new systems and processes for the spinoff</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
<p>Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT transformation and system migration initiatives.</p><p>Demonstrated success in overseeing complex application and domain migrations, including ERP systems and Active Directory.</p><p>Deep understanding of the full application lifecycle—from deployment and support to decommissioning.</p><p>Solid grasp of application integration principles, including interactions with databases and interconnected systems.</p><p>Proven ability to collaborate effectively with legal, procurement, and vendor teams to evaluate and transfer software licenses.</p><p>Hands-on experience managing application change processes, including impact assessments, end-user training, and adoption strategies during organizational transitions.</p><p>Skilled in developing and executing cutover strategies, including readiness assessments, blackout periods, go/no-go criteria, and post-launch support (hypercare).</p><p>Capable of leading cross-functional, global teams to ensure consistent alignment and execution across all stakeholders.</p><p>Track record of managing high-complexity projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.</p><p>Exceptional communication, coordination, and organizational skills.</p><p>PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.</p><p>Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.</p><p>ITIL certification is desirable.</p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
