This highly technical role is ideal for candidates with a passion for cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Security and Infrastructure Manager, you will:<ul><li>Lead IT Security Initiatives: Design, deploy, and administer secure Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, including Azure Firewall, Bastion, Defender for Cloud, and virtual networks.</li><li>Govern Microsoft 365 (M365): Administer platform components (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) with a focus on policy enforcement, secure collaboration, and content protection.</li><li>Manage Threat Protection Tools: Implement, configure, and oversee Microsoft Defender XDR (Defender for Endpoint, Cloud Apps, Identity, etc.) solutions for comprehensive threat detection and response.</li><li>Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Deploy and manage Microsoft Purview solutions to support data loss prevention, insider risk management, and sensitive data classification processes.</li><li>Implement Zero Trust Security Models: Architect and administer SASE and Zero Trust frameworks, enhancing identity-aware secure access for modern workplace environments.</li><li>Oversee Incident Response: Lead security incident response efforts, integrating SIEM/EDR tools, coordinating investigations, and ensuring thorough remediation.</li><li>Drive Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that systems meet IT compliance standards with frameworks like SOX, NIST CSF 2.0, and others. Document controls and support audit readiness.</li><li>Support Infrastructure Operations: Respond to escalations for endpoint, network connectivity, firewall rules, and access support while enforcing security best practices.</li><li>Enhance Change Management Procedures: Enforce robust processes for patch deployment, GPO hardening, and endpoint monitoring.</li></ul>

Must-Have Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 7+ years’ experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or infrastructure management; at least 3 years in a senior technical or leadership role.</li><li>Expertise in Cloud Technologies: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS and associated components like NSGs, App Gateways, and monitoring tools.</li><li>Microsoft 365 Administration: Strong experience managing Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and retention/security capabilities.</li><li>Threat Protection Tools: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender XDR, EDR/XDR/SIEM tools, and related platforms.</li><li>SASE and Zero Trust Frameworks: Proven hands-on expertise in configuring solutions like Zscaler, Cloudflare, etc.</li><li>Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with SOX and NIST CSF 2.0 controls; audit preparation experience is a plus.</li><li>Certifications: Relevant certifications such as MS Azure (AZ-500), Sentinel, or others (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).</li><li>Technical Skillset: Strong knowledge of firewalls, secure remote access technologies (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto).</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to train and collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical approach to decision-making.</li></ul>
