<p>We are seeking a mission-driven IT Director to lead and manage all aspects of technology for our small but impactful non-profit organization. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, data security, and systems that support both internal teams and external programs. The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and a strong understanding of how technology can support our mission and maximize limited resources.</p><ul><li>Develop and implement the organization’s overall IT strategy in alignment with mission and goals.</li><li>Manage and maintain day-to-day IT operations including servers, networking, cloud services, end-user support, and hardware lifecycle.</li><li>Administer and support productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, donor CRM systems, and collaboration platforms.</li><li>Ensure cybersecurity best practices, data protection compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and manage risk mitigation policies.</li><li>Oversee vendor relationships, software licensing, technology procurement, and IT budget planning.</li><li>Support hybrid/remote work technologies and troubleshoot user issues across Windows/macOS environments.</li><li>Lead small-scale IT projects such as cloud migrations, CRM integrations, or website upgrades.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to staff on digital literacy, security awareness, and new tools.</li><li>Evaluate and implement cost-effective technology solutions that improve organizational efficiency.</li></ul>

<ul><li>5+ years of progressive IT experience, including infrastructure, support, and systems administration.</li><li>Prior experience in non-profit or mission-driven organizations is highly preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS/Azure), networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide hands-on support in a small team environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills.</li><li>Experience with donor management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang, Blackbaud) is a plus.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience.</li></ul>
