<p>Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end-users, and software engineering teams or external system providers.</p><p>Gather, define, and validate business requirements, ensuring solutions are designed and delivered in alignment with organizational needs.</p><p>Oversee the quality of deliverables to guarantee that business objectives and expectations are met.</p><p>Provide ongoing support to business teams, addressing issues and facilitating smooth operations.</p><p>Maintain continuity by creating comprehensive documentation, delivering training sessions, and sharing knowledge with both business users and IT colleagues</p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Experience:</strong> 2–3 years in a utility or commodity trading environment, ideally with exposure to energy markets.</p><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Strong interest in IT and technology, with hands-on experience in software engineering and application management.</p><p><strong>Core Competencies:</strong> Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.</p><p><strong>Methodologies:</strong> Familiarity with Project Management, DevOps practices, Agile delivery frameworks, and requirements engineering is a plus.</p><p><strong>Domain Knowledge:</strong> Understanding of front-to-back system flows and trade lifecycles, including physical and derivative instruments, associated risks, and P& L metrics.</p><p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, technology, or engineering discipline.</p><p><strong>Languages:</strong> Fluent in English; French proficiency is an advantage</p>
