Bilingual Medical Scheduler
<p>We are looking for a dedicated <strong>Bilingual Medical Scheduler </strong>to join our team in Houston, Texas. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the healthcare field while contributing to efficient patient scheduling and front-office operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and have a background in medical customer service, enabling them to effectively address patient needs and inquiries.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Coordinate and manage patient scheduling, ensuring appointments are organized efficiently.</p><p>• Assist patients with inquiries regarding appointments and medical records, providing excellent customer service.</p><p>• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely updates in the system.</p><p>• Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for patients, ensuring a smooth experience.</p><p>• Support the medical front office by handling administrative tasks and maintaining a welcoming environment.</p><p>• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient concerns and improve service delivery.</p><p>• Participate in rotational Friday schedules with flexibility to stay late as needed.</p><p>• Conduct virtual screenings with bilingual staff members to ensure alignment with patient needs.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.</p><p>• Adapt quickly to new responsibilities and processes to meet organizational demands.</p>
<p>• MUST be Spanish Speaking </p><p>• Previous experience in medical customer service or healthcare settings is strongly preferred.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling and administrative tasks efficiently.</p><p>• Ability to handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.</p><p>• Familiarity with maintaining and updating patient medical records.</p><p>• Knowledge of front-office operations in a medical or healthcare environment.</p><p>• Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including occasional extended hours on Fridays.</p><p>• Quick adaptability to new processes and a fast-paced work environment.</p>
