Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Houston, Texas. This role involves supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining accuracy in employee documentation. The position is fully onsite, allowing direct collaboration within the office environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate new employee orientations and ensure all onboarding processes are completed efficiently.<br>• Manage unemployment claims by gathering necessary documentation and responding promptly.<br>• Oversee the main inbox, responding to inquiries and directing messages to appropriate team members.<br>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies.<br>• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, filing, and organizing.<br>• Handle inbound calls and address queries professionally.<br>• Assist with data entry tasks to ensure information is accurately recorded and updated.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve administrative workflows and processes.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.<br>• Proficiency in managing data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR-related tasks.<br>• Capability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work onsite in Houston, Texas.<br>• Prior experience in an office environment with administrative responsibilities.
