<p>We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to source, attract, and secure top talent for a respected financial services organization in Honolulu. This onsite role focuses on building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, managing full-cycle recruitment, and supporting staffing needs for accounting, banking, and corporate finance operations. Preference is given to Hawaii residents due to onsite requirements and in-person interviews. Please call 808-531-0800 to schedule an interview or for more information.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with hiring managers to identify objectives, job requirements, and candidate profiles</li><li>Develop and post job ads; manage multiple sourcing channels</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate in-person assessments</li><li>Build a local candidate pipeline through networking and outreach</li><li>Actively participate in community hiring events and university relations</li><li>Facilitate all stages of recruitment, including reference checks and onboarding support</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies</li><li>Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and reports</li><li>Advise management on market trends and develop effective recruiting strategies</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior recruitment experience, ideally within the hospitality industry</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience answering phones</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organization and multitasking capabilities</li><li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies</li><li>Knowledge of Hawaii employment laws and hiring best practices a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
