Property Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Property Administrator to join our team in Homestead, Florida. This position requires an organized and meticulous individual who can effectively manage various administrative and financial responsibilities. As a long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of property-related processes and systems.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.<br>• Oversee billing functions and assist with budget preparation to support property management operations.<br>• Utilize CRM software to maintain and update property records and tenant information.<br>• Collaborate with leasing consultants to streamline leasing and tenant onboarding processes.<br>• Handle administrative tasks such as organizing schedules, monitoring compliance, and maintaining property documentation.<br>• Support the implementation and use of accounting software systems like JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and ADP Financial Services.<br>• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure property maintenance and service agreements are fulfilled.<br>• Monitor financial performance and provide regular reporting to management.<br>• Assist in resolving tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.<br>• Ensure all property management activities align with company policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and ADP Financial Services.<br>• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes.<br>• Familiarity with CRM tools and property management systems.<br>• Experience with budget preparation and financial reporting.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.<br>• Previous experience in property administration or a related field.<br>• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with a rotating day off during the week.
