<p>We’re seeking a friendly and dependable Property Ambassador to join our team at $16 per hour for a short-term, 3-day assignment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, creating a welcoming environment, and supporting daily property operations with professionalism and care.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous, professional manner</li><li>Support property management with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling maintenance requests</li><li>Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained</li><li>Help coordinate resident activities, community events, and announcements</li><li>Respond to resident inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction</li><li>Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues promptly</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities</li><li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li></ul><p><br></p>
