If you enjoy solving problems, supporting a team, and managing day-to-day office functions, this is the role for you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient time management for the team.</li><li>Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports in a timely and professional manner </li><li>Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are secure and accessible.</li><li>Facilitate communication between departments, clients, and vendors with a high level of professionalism </li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Track office supply inventory, budget requests, and procurement for the department.</li><li>Assist with coordinating special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or a similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team</li><li>High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.</li></ul><p><br></p>
