The position offers an excellent opportunity to work on challenging cases while enjoying comprehensive benefits.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, focusing on personal injury and intellectual property matters.<br>• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and prepare well-reasoned briefs.<br>• Manage discovery processes, including gathering evidence, coordinating depositions, and responding to requests.<br>• Provide legal counsel to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and advising on case strategies.<br>• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.<br>• Attend court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions to advocate for clients effectively.<br>• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to personal injury and intellectual property litigation.<br>• Maintain accurate case files and documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards.<br>• Participate in business development efforts to expand the firm's client base and reputation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury or intellectual property cases.<br>• Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada.<br>• Proven ability to draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs with high accuracy.<br>• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and experience managing complex cases.<br>• Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Commitment to detail-oriented growth and staying informed about legal developments.
