Sr. Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our team in Henderson, Nevada. This role involves providing vital support in civil litigation cases, managing trial preparation, and ensuring compliance with federal and state court procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of legal processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Support attorneys in all aspects of civil litigation, including case management and document preparation.<br>• Oversee trial preparation activities, ensuring all necessary materials and evidence are organized and accessible.<br>• Conduct discovery processes, including document review and drafting responses.<br>• Coordinate and schedule mediations, maintaining clear and timely communication with all parties involved.<br>• Utilize File Vine software to manage case files and maintain accurate records.<br>• File legal documents with federal and state courts, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the firm.<br>• Assist in organizing quarterly firm outings and team-building activities.<br>• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive legal documents and information.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on civil litigation.<br>• Proficiency in trial preparation and discovery processes.<br>• Familiarity with File Vine software or similar case management tools.<br>• Strong knowledge of federal and state court filing procedures.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to coordinate schedules and manage deadlines effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
