Who You Are:<ul><li>7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and operations, preferably within manufacturing or distribution industries.</li><li>Strong technical proficiency in accounting, reporting, and financial analysis, with a deep understanding of ERP systems (experience with large ERP platforms is a must).</li><li>Proven ability to lead and mentor teams successfully, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and professional development.</li><li>Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with sales tax requirements.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.</li><li>CPA, CMA, or MBA designation preferred but not required.</li></ul>
