The role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to take ownership of responsibilities while contributing to the team’s success.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and oversee daily accounting activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP regulations.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.</li><li>Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed financial analysis.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.</li><li>Conduct variance analysis on financial reports and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.</li><li>Improve financial processes and internal controls to optimize efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Serve as a mentor and resource for junior accounting staff, assisting with training and development.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li> 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in general accounting or similar senior-level roles.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
