We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Hampton, Virginia. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that hiring needs are met efficiently and with attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Schedule and conduct virtual interviews, primarily for Direct Support roles. • Prepare and issue offer letters to successful candidates, ensuring pre-employment steps are completed. • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment workflows. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. • Handle multiple open requisitions, including positions such as Employment Specialists and Production Workers. • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience through proactive sourcing methods. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process. • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress. • Foster positive candidate experiences to enhance the organization's reputation.

• At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting. • Proficiency in corporate recruiting and sourcing techniques. • Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Knowledge of pre-employment processes and compliance standards. • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
