HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Hampton, Virginia. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that hiring needs are met efficiently and with attention to detail. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sourcing top talent.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.<br>• Schedule and conduct virtual interviews, primarily for Direct Support roles.<br>• Prepare and issue offer letters to successful candidates, ensuring pre-employment steps are completed.<br>• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment workflows.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.<br>• Handle multiple open requisitions, including positions such as Employment Specialists and Production Workers.<br>• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience through proactive sourcing methods.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process.<br>• Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress.<br>• Foster positive candidate experiences to enhance the organization's reputation.
• At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting.<br>• Proficiency in corporate recruiting and sourcing techniques.<br>• Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management skills.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Knowledge of pre-employment processes and compliance standards.<br>• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
