Operations Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team in Haines City, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will provide critical administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our retail operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Operations, District Managers, and store personnel.<br>• Draft and communicate written and verbal messages on behalf of the Director of Operations with clarity and professionalism.<br>• Generate detailed reports to assist management in making informed decisions.<br>• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.<br>• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain successful partnerships.<br>• Manage the ordering of office supplies, uniforms, and store equipment as needed.<br>• Foster collaboration and teamwork by maintaining open communication with colleagues, district managers, and other staff members.<br>• Share relevant updates and information with peers and leadership to facilitate smooth operations.<br>• Identify, investigate, and report any irregularities or issues in assigned areas of responsibility.<br>• Conduct training sessions and cross-training activities to enhance team knowledge and skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br>• Experience in administrative support or project coordination is highly preferred.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build positive relationships.<br>• High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
