In this role, you will oversee and drive IT projects while building strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery and business growth. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Plan, organize, and manage IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.</p><p>• Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with organizational objectives.</p><p>• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.</p><p>• Monitor project progress, address roadblocks, and enforce adherence to quality and compliance standards.</p><p>• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.</p><p>• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and handle change requests efficiently.</p><p>• Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their business needs and propose relevant IT solutions.</p><p>• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotes for clients.</p><p>• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet client expectations.</p><p>• Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities and negotiating contracts to drive company growth.</p>

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).<br>• Proven experience in project coordination and IT sales within a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Strong understanding of IT project management practices, including risk management and change control.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and engage with clients effectively.<br>• Ability to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.<br>• Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and driving contract negotiations.<br>• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and contributing to organizational growth.<br>• Familiarity with compliance standards and quality assurance in IT projects.
