We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager with a strong background in Quality Assurance Analysis to lead and oversee complex projects in Anderson, South Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for ensuring project success by meeting quality, financial, and scheduling objectives while fostering collaboration across diverse teams. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage resources, and maintain a strong focus on safety and performance.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Plan and execute projects using standard project management tools to meet quality, financial, and timeline goals.<br>• Identify and secure the necessary resources to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.<br>• Collaborate with functional leaders to develop a project organizational chart and assign responsibilities.<br>• Coordinate with various teams including order management, production, logistics, and warranty groups to streamline project workflows.<br>• Communicate and align with field teams to ensure clarity on schedules, budgets, and project scope.<br>• Conduct regular site visits to build relationships with contractors and customer representatives on-site.<br>• Monitor and address potential project issues promptly, escalating concerns when necessary to avoid delays.<br>• Develop and track project budgets, investigating variances and maintaining established profit margins.<br>• Promote and enforce safety standards by hosting safety meetings and fostering a culture of safety throughout the project.<br>• Deliver progress updates and presentations to stakeholders while ensuring adherence to reporting and tracking protocols.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.<br>• Proven expertise in project management, including the ability to meet quality, financial, and scheduling objectives.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.<br>• Experience with financial performance tracking, cost budgeting, and maintaining project margins.<br>• Familiarity with tools for reporting, monitoring, and data visualization such as charts and graphs.<br>• Knowledge of logistics, production processes, and construction practices.<br>• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts while maintaining focus on project goals.<br>• Commitment to fostering a safety-first culture in all project activities.
