<p>We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract to hire basis in Greer, South Carolina. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to support financial operations and decision-making processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to enhance business performance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Conduct detailed financial analyses to support business decisions and identify trends.</p><p>• Position will be responsible for all tooling and capital reporting. </p><p>• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and assess various scenarios.</p><p>• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to address specific business questions and opportunities.</p><p>• Analyze variances in financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.</p><p>• Utilize data mining techniques to gather and interpret complex financial information.</p><p>• Manage general ledger accounting activities and ensure accuracy in reporting.</p><p>• Reconcile accounts and ledgers to maintain financial integrity and compliance.</p><p>• Prepare and present reports that summarize financial findings for key stakeholders.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and strategies.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.</p>

<p>• Must have manufacturing experience – preferably automotive. </p><p>•SAP experience.</p><p>• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.</p><p>• Strong understanding of variance analysis and its application in business settings.</p><p>• Expertise in general ledger functions and account reconciliation processes.</p><p>• Familiarity with data mining techniques for financial information extraction.</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.</p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.</p>
