<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA a plus)</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including GL and month-end close</li><li>Prior experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or start-up environment preferred</li><li>Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls</li><li>Strong Excel skills; ERP implementation experience a plus</li><li>Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills to serve as a true business partner to the CFO and leadership team</li></ul>
