📌 What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>5+ years in a senior finance role in a non-profit or governmental setting</li><li>Strong experience with fund accounting and grant compliance</li><li>CPA or Master’s in Accounting/Public Admin a plus</li><li>Hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style</li><li>Prior turnaround or systems improvement experience strongly preferred</li></ul>
