HRIS Manager
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina, on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee HRIS systems, including managing operations, analytics, and talent acquisition processes, ensuring smooth functionality and data accuracy. This position requires expertise in HRIS platforms to support critical HR operations effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the functionality and maintenance of the HRIS platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR operations.<br>• Manage talent acquisition processes and provide support for recruitment efforts.<br>• Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights and reports using tools like Power BI.<br>• Handle vacation status updates, employee information changes, and reporting within the HRIS system.<br>• Collaborate with team members to optimize HRIS workflows and address system-related issues.<br>• Support new employee onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration into the HRIS platform.<br>• Provide guidance and expertise on benefits administration and 401k processes.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and compliance with HR policies.<br>• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical or operational challenges.<br>• Assist in implementing improvements to HRIS systems to enhance overall efficiency.
• Proven experience with HRIS platforms, preferably UltiPro or similar systems.<br>• Strong background in HRIS implementation, analysis, and maintenance.<br>• Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.<br>• Knowledge of hiring processes and talent management.<br>• Ability to manage employee data updates, including vacation status and other HR information.<br>• Experience with benefits administration and 401k processes.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
