Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused approach, making them an essential part of our detail-oriented services team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and detail-oriented manner, ensuring a positive first impression.<br>• Accept and manage incoming deliveries, maintaining an organized record system.<br>• Answer and direct calls efficiently through a multi-line phone system, providing accurate information or transferring calls appropriately.<br>• Assist administrative staff with overflow tasks, including word processing, data entry, and research projects.<br>• Keep office directories up-to-date and ensure all information is accurate and accessible.<br>• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring supplies and materials are readily available.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support daily office operations and special projects as needed.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete administrative tasks effectively.<br>• Organize and manage files, ensuring documents are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
• Previous experience in administrative support or front desk coordination.<br>• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and handling high call volumes.<br>• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Ability to perform accurate data entry and manage files efficiently.<br>• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors and team members.<br>• Strong organizational abilities to maintain directories and front desk operations.<br>• Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.<br>• Experience in detail-oriented environments or similar industries is a plus.
