						<p>We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for desktop hardware and software systems, ensuring smooth functionality for end-users. This is a long-term contract position offering a great opportunity to work in the financial services industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop hardware and software systems.</p><p>• Manage Active Directory tasks including user account creation, updates, and permissions.</p><p>• Configure and maintain workstations and peripherals to meet user requirements.</p><p>• Perform desktop imaging and software installations to ensure consistent system setups.</p><p>• Provide timely and effective support for Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems.</p><p>• Monitor and maintain hardware performance, addressing any troubleshooting needs.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to implement updates and upgrades as necessary.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols during support operations.</p><p>• Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference and training purposes.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their technical concerns.</p>
					
					
						<p>• Proven experience with PC desktop and workstation support.</p><p>• Proficiency in managing and navigating Active Directory.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware installation and maintenance.</p><p>• Expertise in Microsoft Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and support.</p><p>• Familiarity with desktop imaging processes and tools.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</p><p>• Strong communication skills to interact with users and technical teams.</p><p>• Commitment to maintaining security and compliance standards.</p>
