We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic steel manufacturing environment while ensuring the efficient handling of financial transactions. The role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Responsibilities: • Process purchase orders and ensure accurate coding of invoices. • Manage vendor files and maintain accurate records for compliance. • Handle vendor statements, addressing any discrepancies promptly. • Facilitate payments through Automated Clearing House (ACH) and check runs. • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Manager to resolve issues and support departmental goals. • Monitor accounts payable activity to ensure timely and accurate processing. • Assist in reconciling vendor accounts and resolving payment discrepancies. • Maintain strong communication with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

• Proven experience in accounts payable processes, including coding invoices and handling purchase orders. • Proficiency in Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments and check runs. • Ability to maintain and manage vendor files with attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills for resolving discrepancies and reconciling vendor statements. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams. • Familiarity with financial systems and tools related to accounts payable.
