Full Charge Bookkeeper
We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Greeley, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and extensive experience in managing full-cycle bookkeeping operations while ensuring compliance with financial standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for numbers, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in journal entries and account reconciliations.<br>• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.<br>• Process payroll, including handling tax filings, deductions, and adjustments in compliance with regulations.<br>• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.<br>• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow tracking.<br>• Coordinate with external auditors, tax preparers, and other financial professionals during audits or reporting periods.<br>• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot accounting issues, and enforce company policies and procedures.<br>• Monitor adherence to legal accounting standards and internal policies to mitigate risks.
• Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.<br>• Expertise in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.<br>• Skilled in performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.<br>• Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing, including tax compliance.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and enforce policies.<br>• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
