We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Greeley, Colorado. Responsibilities: • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in journal entries and account reconciliations. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments. • Process payroll, including handling tax filings, deductions, and adjustments in compliance with regulations. • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow tracking. • Coordinate with external auditors, tax preparers, and other financial professionals during audits or reporting periods. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot accounting issues, and enforce company policies and procedures. • Monitor adherence to legal accounting standards and internal policies to mitigate risks.

• Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. • Expertise in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable operations. • Skilled in performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records. • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing, including tax compliance. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and enforce policies. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
