Executive Assistant and Paralegal
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant and Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Golden Beach, Florida. This role combines administrative support with legal expertise, offering an opportunity to work on contract reviews and vendor agreements while managing essential executive tasks. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review and analyze contracts, supplier agreements, and vendor arrangements to ensure compliance and accuracy.<br>• Draft legal documents and contracts with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.<br>• Manage executive calendars by scheduling appointments and maintaining organized schedules.<br>• Process wire transfers and manage financial transactions using QuickBooks.<br>• Monitor social media platforms to identify relevant trends and insights.<br>• Provide general administrative support to executives as needed.<br>• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and agreements.<br>• Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documentation for easy reference.<br>• Assist in other legal and administrative tasks as required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paralegal or executive assistant role.<br>• Strong proficiency in reviewing and drafting contracts and vendor agreements.<br>• Experience with travel booking and calendar management.<br>• Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial transactions and scheduling.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.<br>• Ability to research and analyze social media trends effectively.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
