This executive role is responsible for building a centralized, high-performing IT support function that delivers reliable, secure, and user-focused services aligned with business and cybersecurity priorities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the integration of multiple IT support teams into a unified enterprise support organization</li><li>Develop and execute an IT Support Services strategy aligned with operational and cybersecurity goals</li><li>Implement and mature IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, including incident, request, problem, change, and knowledge management</li><li>Ensure reliable 24x7x365 IT support operations across all locations</li><li>Monitor service levels, SLAs, operational metrics, and user experience to drive continuous improvement</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop IT support leaders and staff, fostering accountability and service excellence</li><li>Establish and maintain enterprise-wide technology training and user education programs</li><li>Partner closely with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to embed security and risk mitigation into support workflows</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
