Data Governance Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our team in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will ensure that IT systems, policies, and procedures comply with regulatory, industry, and internal standards. This position involves managing compliance programs, performing risk assessments, and driving improvements in IT processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and maintain IT compliance programs that adhere to regulatory standards, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO/IEC 27001.<br>• Collaborate with QA teams and business units to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into IT systems and processes.<br>• Conduct compliance assessments, identify gaps, and implement remediation plans to address findings.<br>• Create and enhance policies and procedures to support data integrity, system validation, and access controls.<br>• Perform internal audits to evaluate compliance with established standards and recommend improvements.<br>• Lead risk management initiatives to identify vulnerabilities and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies.<br>• Provide guidance on change management processes to ensure regulatory adherence during IT updates.<br>• Support the development of operational efficiencies while maintaining compliance with industry frameworks.<br>• Stay updated on evolving regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.<br>• Promote a culture of compliance and information security across the organization.
• Proven experience in IT compliance, risk management, and audit processes.<br>• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO/IEC 27001.<br>• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (eGRC) principles.<br>• Expertise in information security practices and standards.<br>• Proficiency in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.<br>• Ability to conduct risk assessments and design effective remediation plans.<br>• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.<br>• Certification in ITIL or similar IT infrastructure frameworks is a plus.
